Every good story begins in the ordinary world, then crosses the threshold to the new world. Here, the hero, assisted by a Mentor learns how to survive and master the new world. Here we cross the threshold into a new world: F2K Social.  It's a different kind of place, where new things will appear from nowhere, just when you think you've got it mastered, a new surprise emerges, then another, then another. Be prepared, keep your eyes open, and have no fear.

F2K Social is different than any course we've run since we began almost 15 years ago. The past sessions lasted eight weeks, then everyone went their separate ways. The new world changes everything, and F2K Social joins the ranks of the never ending story, the home within the home, the place you can always return to meet old and new friends.

You'll find your group's village there waiting for you. All you have to do is join the group. If you have a Facebook account, you can even login with your Facebook login. F2K Social integrates with Facebook if you choose; it's not required. F2K Social has a higher level of security and standards than Facebook. We'd like to keep our new world friendly and productive, a place for writers to grow.

It's easy to register, and it's free, thanks to volunteer Mentors from Writers' Village University.

First, make sure you're registered with the F2K Social Site. You will not be able to see registration links until this simple process is completed.

Click on "Login" then the "Register" link.

Enter your real name then your username and password choice. Only your username will be displayed to others. Your real name is used for your F2K Certificate upon course completion.

Important! You will receive an activation email with a link. Follow the link from your email (or copy and paste link into your browser). This will complete the F2K Social site registration.

Once you've completed activation, login to F2K Social, new links will appear in the navigation tabs.

Click on F2K Course.

You'll see Courses and Events, then another tab that says My Registrations.

Under Courses and Events, click on the Course you'd like to take.

Then click on the "Register" button.  That's it!

You can verify your registration by going to the "My Registrations" tab.

If you do not receive your activation email, be sure your spam filters allow writersvillage.com
