Ensure the smooth operation of the courses offered at WVU:

• development of new courses within the seven education departments: The General Business of Writing, Comedy Writing, Fiction and Screenwriting, Literature Studies and Reading Groups, Non-Fiction, Journalism and Business Writing, and Poetry

• recruiting, training and coordination of course developers and facilitators

• maintain WVU course schedule and calendar

• ensure courses are ready, running on schedule and monitor courses

• follow-up on courses
